All orders will be despatched via a recorded delivery service, same day usually or latest within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. This date is calculated from the receipt of order from authorised accounts or from the receipt of full payment from non-account customers. Our prices exclude delivery charges and VAT.

Packer Products aim to ship all orders on the day of order receipt; it is therefore only possible to cancel your order before we have shipped it. To check whether it is still possible to cancel your order, please contact sales.
RETURN OF WEB SITE PURCHASES
RETURN OF UNWANTED ITEMS
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a purchase made through our web site, you may return it in its original unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. Cost of return is borne by purchaser except for faulty or damaged items. If the returned item is found to be damaged or requires re-boxing then a rectification/re-boxing charge will be deducted from any refund. Please notify sales before returning the item.
RETURN OF ITEMS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED OR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
If you take delivery of a package and you find that the contents have been damaged in transit or is short delivered, you must notify sales within 2 working days of receipt. Return damaged item(s) to us within 30 calendar days for a refund or exchange. Please notify sales of the damage before returning the item. Notification of non-delivery is required within 14 days of invoice date.
RETURN OF ITEMS FOUND TO BE FAULTY
If an item is found to be faulty, either on receipt or within its warranty period, you may return it for rectification (or, at our discretion, replacement). Please notify sales before returning the item. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE RETURNED GOODS ARE ADEQUATELY PACKED TO AVOID FURTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS.
