SEMI-AUTO HEAT SEALERS for perfect sealing and cutting of PE/PP/PVC films.
These MAGNET RELEASE heat sealers are available in seal widths of 330mm, 480mm, 680mm and 1000mm, complete with safety film cutter for bag making.
The heat sealer has separate controls for sealing and cooling time, adjustable to allow the operator to produce a perfect 4mm deep seal every time. The seal can incorporate a code for product identification etc., in film up to 1000 gauge in two layers. Even more demanding applications can be met with options of double heating element and 8mm deep seal. Stainless steel bodied versions available. European made to CE standards with a twelve months warranty. Optional extras include film unrollers, work tables, stands and foot pedals, with electric foot pedal operation available to special order. Food quality and anti-static lay flat tubing is available from stock.
